The people behind Rutinix
Rutinix is an independent web tool that generates personalized training routines from a questionnaire filled out by each user. We are not a big company or an anonymous team: we are two real people with names and surnames, passionate about training and technology, who decided to build the tool we wished we had found.
Rutinix was born from a shared frustration: starting at the gym is overwhelming. There is endless contradictory information, generic plans copied from influencers and apps that hide the basics behind expensive subscriptions. We went through that ourselves.
So we decided to create something different: a tool that would ask the right questions — your level, your goal, your available equipment, your time — and return a coherent, tailored routine, straight to the point and without asking for your credit card before delivering value. What started as a personal project became Rutinix, founded in 2026.
Behind Rutinix there are only the two of us. Everything you see — the design, the code, the content and the logic that generates the routines — is handcrafted by this team:
David Fernández
Co-founder · Product & development
Responsible for platform development and user experience. Makes sure the tool works, is fast and easy to use from the very first test.
Daniel Gros
Co-founder · Content & methodology
Responsible for the training logic, content and methodology behind the routines. Ensures every recommendation makes sense and is safe.
Our routines are not randomly generated. They are based on widely accepted training principles — progressive overload, frequency and volume suited to your level, muscle group balance and sufficient rest — and are tailored to the data you provide in the questionnaire:
- Your goal: build muscle, lose fat, improve fitness or maintain.
- Your level: from absolute beginner to advanced.
- Your context: available days, equipment (gym, home, no equipment) and any limitations.
With that we build a structured plan you can follow, understand and adjust.
We want to be honest with you: Rutinix is a guidance tool, not a medical service. The routines and recommendations we generate are orientativo and do not constitute professional medical, physiotherapy or nutritional advice. If you have any health condition, injury or doubt, always consult a qualified professional before starting.
- Transparency: we say who we are and what the tool does, with no magic promises.
- Accessibility: anyone should be able to start training properly without paying a fortune.
- Safety first: we prefer a cautious recommendation over a risky one.
Is Rutinix really free?
Yes. Completing the questionnaire and receiving your personalized routine is free and requires no card. To keep the project going, we may show some advertising later on.
Do I need a gym or special equipment?
Not necessarily. In the test you tell us what you have — a full gym, some equipment at home or no equipment at all — and the routine adapts to your situation.
Who creates the routines?
They are built by the Rutinix logic, designed by us (David Fernández and Daniel Gros) following widely accepted training principles: progressive overload, frequency and volume suited to your level, muscle balance and sufficient rest.
Do the routines replace a doctor or personal trainer?
No. They are for guidance only and do not constitute professional medical, physiotherapy or nutritional advice. If you have an injury, a health condition or any doubt, consult a qualified professional first.
What do you do with my data?
We use your answers to generate your routine. We do not sell your data to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
What languages is it available in?
In six: Spanish, English, French, German, Portuguese and Italian.
Do you have a question, a suggestion or want to share your experience? We love receiving messages. Write to us at rutinix.contact@gmail.com and we will reply personally.
